Plus, Lori with Advantage Rehab will share some important pointers on body position, stretching, and injury prevention.

The 8th Annual Wild West River Fest is about bringing people together to celebrate one of Cody’s most exceptional natural resources, the Shoshone River. The festival is fun for the whole family! Paddlers can show their stuff in a variety of boating events for all abilities. Anglers can compete for bragging rights and cool prizes in the On the Fly fishing tournament. And people of all ages can enjoy free entertainment, wade in the water, play games on the river, and learn how healthy rivers and healthy communities go hand-in-hand.
